I loved the staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers. They were all so very sweet, and even accommodated me with early check-in, knowing that I was traveling in from out of town. I appreciate their hospitality so very much, and the location is isolated enough to feel safe. Once you walk into the lobby and inside of your room, the smell is amazing and fresh. They accommodate you with fresh towels upon command and also offer free laundry. For the price, this hotel is top-notch, especially considering that they also offer kitchenettes in the rooms. I will also state that Ubers were pretty readily available whenever I needed to leave the hotel, so that’s also a plus in case you are visiting the city without a car. This hotel is such a great place to spend your holiday, and you will enjoy your time in Houston by staying there! I didn’t hear any of my neighbors and the halls were pretty much always clear and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by everything!
